Loma Vista

"Itís stories of being down and out in downtown NYC. Last night's heels on the morning train. Glamour that's been up for three days straight,Ē says Annie Clark (aka St. Vincent). ďThe album was inspired by the classic records of the 70ís. Stevie, Sly, Stones, Steely Dan, Chords, Groove. The days when sophisticated harmony and rhythm didn't sound heady - they just sounded and felt good. Lots of guitar. But warm sounds, not distortion and chaos. Hopefully a turn nobody will see coming"

The Ides Of March showcases the organic side of Kennedyís musical spectrum and one-of-a-kind voice, but while bright inclusions of lap steel and mandolin have replaced some of the pummeling kick drum and downtuned electric riffage, each of its offerings maintain the same steadfast energy that never relents. Fluxing between Jimmy Page-worthy solos, and stripped-down, bluesy beckonings, the album manifests as an uplifting refresher arriving when society needs it most.

Woods Music

The new album is the third offering from one of the fastest rising bands in the worlds of independent country and Southern rock. Since releasing their debut Straw In The Wind album in 2017, The Steel Woods have staked their claim as worthy successors of Southern rock icons Lynyrd Skynyrd, with a dynamic live show and a songwriting verve that draws inspiration from country icons like Willie Nelson and Waylon Jennings.

Transoceanic Records

After years dedicated to rowdy, high-energy live shows, Strung Like a Horse teamed up with Grammy-winning producer, Matt Ross-Spang (Jason Isbell, John Prine, Margo Price, Calexico/Iron & Wine, Lucero), to record their first studio album, WHOA!. Most of the tracks the band laid down together in one pass, without overdubs, and were sent direct to tape, making it a ďrecord that captures the vibe of their rightfully celebrated live shows perfectly.Ē
