Hailing from the disco capital of Canada, Montreal based dance outfit the Crescent Street Hustlers are on a mission to revive and modernize the disco scene, celebrating the great dance music that thrived in that city primarily in the late 1970s, at the height of the global disco explosion. The esteemed French arranger and conductor, Jean Claudric, worked with many of the greats in French light-entertainment music, most notably Enrico Macias, Charles Trenet, and Mireille Mathieu. Claudric was involved as an arranger and conductor in the Eurovision Song Contest on multiple occasions and for various countries. Working under the alias Sunshine Combo, he composed produced and arranged the 1976 disco hit "Sweet Corazon," which became a favorite track on the Montreal disco scene. Crescent Street Hustlers honor the classic track with their own modern version, presented here featuring an exclusive radio mix, extended mix, plus a bonus stripped-down element mix for this exclusive release.
